Uluru Dialogue team still spreading the word about Voice with everyday Aussies

JUST DAYS OUT from the Constitutional Referendum on a First Nations Voice to Parliament, members of the only Indigenous-run YES campaign are ignoring the negative poll results and are still engaging with the most important people in the country - everyday Australians.
In Brisbane, Uluru Dialogue Director Geoff Scott joined the organisation's Co-Chair, Pat Anderson AO, in a handout and discussion session with city workers who were on their way to their offices.
Mr Scott said despite the release of negative poll results and misinformation about the Voice still being published by various media outlets and being spread on social media by NO campaigners, the atmosphere at ground level among voters was overwhelmingly positive.

"It's always good to get out and talk to people about the Voice and the upcoming referendum," Mr Scott said.
"The people who are supporting us are the ones with smiles on their faces; they can see the hope in the world. Then there are other people who divert their eyes and look down and look sad.
"This morning, though, there were many people who approached us who were upbeat and were ready to engage in conversation with us. It was great this morning to see so many people like that.
"A lot of people asked a lot of questions about us and the Voice, a lot of people took away badges, gave us the thumbs up and told us they'd already voted and thanked us for being out there.
"This is our final approach to the vote on Saturday; we still have a large section of undecided people to bring across to us. With our positive messaging we think we can get there."
