Dr Dylan Lino

Dr Lino is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland and was a member of the team that provided legal advice to the Uluru Dialogue. Dr Lino recently published his PhD on constitutional recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. His research interests are Indigenous peoples’ rights, constitutional law and theory, imperialism and legal history. He holds degrees in Arts and Law (with Honours) from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Laws from Harvard University and a PhD from Melbourne Law School.
